SOME ADVICE FOR MAKING A RESERVATION:

In order to ensure a firm booking, the room must be available and we must have a guarantee of your arrival on the date announced.

In the same way as our most loyal customers, if you have not paid for the night in advance, you MUST communicate details of a credit card (preferably Visa or MasterCard) to us, namely:

- the card number
- the expiry date
- the security code (CVS)
- the name of the card holder.

ATTENTION!!! 

On the day of arrival, the payment capacity of the card given as a guarantee is verified systematically. If, for whatever reason (invalid card number, security code absent or invalid, etc.), payment is refused for the night, the hotel does not undertake to maintain the reservation.

THEREFORE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER, EXPIRY DATE AND SECURITY CODE ARE CORRECT WHEN SUBMITTING THEM AS A GUARANTEE FOR THE RESERVATION!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

General rule:

If a reservation is cancelled or modified less than 48 hours before the arrival date, or if the guest fails to arrive on the date (NO SHOW), the cost of the 1 st night is AUTOMATICALLY due, regardless of the reason: the amount owing is debited AUTOMATICALLY from the credit card given as a guarantee if no pre-payment has been received.

Special cases:

At certain, particularly busy, times of the year (e.g. New Year, Easter, Ascension, Saint Valentine's, Whitsun, conventions, trade fairs, etc.), or when several rooms are booked, the minimum CANCELLATION POLICY period may be extended from 48 hours to 7 nights!

At other times (e.g. LAST MINUTE bookings when available), all cancellations may be invoiced.

Finally, when making an ONLINE RESERVATION, standard cancellation fees (limited amount) may be retained for all cancellations made after the advance payment of a night, even if this is refunded.

In all these specific cases, guests will always be informed by a confirmation fax or e-mail.
