TO BOOK YOUR ROOM
In order for us to be able to confirm a reservation, firstly we must check that the room is available, and then we must receive confirmation of the day on which you will be arriving.
In the same way as our most loyal customers, you must provide us with your credit card details (Visa or MasterCard), namely:
- card number
- expiry date
- security number
- the name of the credit card holder.
ATTENTION!!!: On the day of arrival, the payment capacity of the credit card given as a guarantee is verified automatically. If, for some reason, (invalid credit card number, absence of or incorrect security code, or other...) payment for the first night is refused, the hotel will not hold your reservation.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER, EXPIRY DATE, AND SECURITY CODE WHICH YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION ARE CORRECT!
CANCELLATION POLICY
General rule :
If you cancel or modify your reservation less than 48 hours before your intended date of arrival, or if you do not turn up at the hotel on the day of arrival (NO SHOW) for whatever reason, you will be charged AUTOMATICALLY for the first night: the amount will be debited AUTOMATICALLY from the credit card given as a guarantee.
Special cases:
At certain very busy times of the year (e.g.: New Year, Easter, etc.), or when several rooms have been reserved, the minimum period for the cancellation policy may be extended from anything between 48 hours to 7 days prior to arrival!
In this case, guests are informed in our fax or e-mail confirmations.
